PEOPLE PROBLEM + ANALYSIS

Patients need access to care team members to help manage their health.

I needed to design a robust system that allows clinicians to assign care team members to a patient’s care team. The clinician should be able to search, add, edit, create and remove care team members as they see fit. The care teams feature will provide an easier way for patients to connect with their healthcare providers through calls, direct messaging or via email.





PROJECT GOAL

Design a framework that will help clinicians manage patients’ care team members and requests.

When it comes to inspiration I tend to look at many different designs to come up with a unique approach. I used inspiration from ID badges, dashboard, directories, lists and profiles to come up with my own unique take.

Through meetings with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders we were able to refine the core functions we needed to have. Using rough sketches and wireframes we began initial iteration.
































DESIGN + PROTOTYPE

By using visual cues and our existing design system I was able to create a prototype that our target audience can rely on.
